I ordered the ultimate grow kit and it shipped right away and I received it within the week. Everything was in order, but unfortunately one of the tubs had cracked due to What I assumed was the cold weather. I took a photo and reached out, and Emily responded right away and said they would replace it immediately free of charge. I told her I would try fixing it myself so they could wait. I wanted them to know that the cracking was a possibility due to cold more than anything so they could package accordingly for other orders. I ended up filling in the cracks/holes and it held water so I responded and said we were good to go! A couple days later I received a box from them with a new tub in it! They went above and beyond When they didn’t have to and I appreciate it. Best customer service ever! Highly recommend them for your mushroom growing needs!
