I ordered 1 set of spawn bags, they arrived with a red liquid inside of the bag and on filter. I notified MidWest and they promptly sent a replacement. The replacement bags had the same issue, a red stain on the filter. Again I told MidWest about it and they apologized and said I would receive yet another replacement. 3rd times a charm, I opened the 3rd box and saw that they sent me 2 sets of grain spawn and they were in perfect condition. Despite that there might have been a quality control issue, I gave them 5 stars because they did not stop working with me until I was a satisfied customer and that in and of itself is worthy of praise. Things can happen during transit that is out of MidWest’s control, knowing they will always make things right gives me peace of mind when spending my hard earned $. Solid company!

     

I've used this product more than once, these guys at midwestgrow definitely know how to take care of you when in need of some bulk casing or spawn bags! I would 10/10 recommend these guys!!

Just wanted to say that I was sceptical about trying the spawn bags in my shrooms growing adventures but I did and they are INCREDIBLE. The yield was almost 10 fold from the jars. Thamks again and I will keep coming back.

I received my bags via FedEx, and they had been damaged during shipping. I contacted MWGK and Christine promptly resolved the issue and sent replacements. A great product and (I believe) not their fault, as it was busted in transit; however Their customer service promptly fixed it and I will continue to do business

Bags look great and come with easy to use instructions. Order shipped in a timely manner as well. I have not used the spawn bags before but I have used the jars from MGK and have had pretty good success. I'm looking forward to seeing the final product.
