I found 00 size capsules to be my ideal. This handy machine is a super easy-to-use tool for saving lots of time loading capsules in bulk. My capsules stay in the 400-450 mg range, but you can easily lay off on the tamping to get smaller micro doses per capsule. It has jammed on occasion, but in all cases it's due to larger unpulverized pieces hanging between the capsules halves. Fantastic purchase!
