Overall I am very satisfied with my kit. It took less than a week to come in so that was amazing. Unfortunately the jars weren’t packaged in anything protective and 4 of the substrate jars shattered along with the humidifier jar. I sent an email asking for a replacement for what was damaged and within a week they sent me 6 jars and the humidifier. I’m very pleased with their customer service and the quickness of their deliveries. I would definitely recommend this kit and Midwestgrowkits as a whole. Good luck to future growers.
