So far so good I think 😂😂😂 Following the steps that came with the kit has been so easy. I'm still in the incubation stage, and I've went with two different strains ( APE, BM) and it seems the BM mycelium is growing quicker. Highly recommend the MEGA GROW KIT.

 

This is my first time growing mushrooms, so I don't have anything to compare it with. After reading lots of conflicting guides and opinions on the Internet, I settled on this grow kit as a good option for a first timer. I'm glad I did! So far it has everything that I need, and I think will be able to expand if/when I need to. I appreciate the heating mat, it's been very helpful keeping my mushrooms at a consistently good temp in my chilly basement.

Very Happy, everything shipped quickly and as advertised. Instructions supplied with kit are very good. Almost time for the fruiting stage.

I did upgrade to an auto thermostat for the heating pad and think I'll do the same for the humidifier. I noticed the jars in the middle of the tub started colonizing sooner so I moved the temperature probe between the jars in the middle of the tub and noticed their is quite a temp difference between the middle and outer jars. I rotated the jars positions about 1.5 weeks in. Think some insulation around the sides of the tube will help.

All are colonizing and healthy so far.

I've done a bit of research and it seems that the kit has positioned me for a successful attempt.

Delivery has been quick and discrete.

My boyfriend and i have had a lot of fun with this kit. It is relatively simple and it works.
