Highly recommend and will be buying much more items from this company! And the best part and kind of a surprise to me My First real life Chem teacher(kinda a joke but kinda the truth! Sad but true! It has been three weeks since I innoculated my first six jars. Everything seems to be progressing as advertised. I'll be birthing my jars in a week, assuming things continue to progress at about the same rate. The items in the kit have worked well. The heat mat/temp controller keeps the temperature at setpoint +- 2.5 degrees F. The only thing I have added is a wireless temperature sensor so I can keep track of the process. The instructions were clear and seem to be complete so far. I'm quite satisfied. If you are interested in growing your own, this is the place to start. Probability of success goes way up if you have all the stuff you need when you start.
