Before ordering with Midwest Grow Kits I sent numerous emails with newbie questions. They answered all, thoughtfully and patiently. The items came in as expected. After inoculation, over half my jars had green mold. I contacted Midwest Grow Kits and they took the time to analyze and explain what was happening, based on the photos I sent. I imagine when this kind of thing happens, many people blame the grow kit or spore company. The truth is, we newbies don't know for sure where the contamination occurred, but based on Midwest Grow Kits' careful responses and really amazing customer service, I'm confident that they are a grow partner worth sticking with as I troubleshoot, learn more, and figure out what I don't know. Good company. Glad I chose to buy from them.

Early in my journey of mushroom growing. Have tried an all in one bag before (not from here) - and it didn't go so well. Decided to go this route as I knew I could convert it to a monotub in the future.

I did have one broken jar, but since it was only one I didn't contact Midwest. I am sure they would have made it right, just with my first batch I didn't need to worry about it.



I plan on using them for future grows and as I explore and expand into using a monotub.
