Omg! Easiest thing ever to from shrooms. Great instructions, step by step guides, customer service actually answers their phones and answers ALL of your questions, I had a million. Will only buy from them moving forward. Great product.

I can't comment on the product to much as i have never used these products to do anything, however it appears to be of quality. They are performing as they should and everything is going as planed. There was quite a bit of product for what was ordered. I was pleased at what was received for the kit. Everything was there that was and is needed to do the job.

The customer service is good too. I had 3 jars bust in shipping. They took care of it and replaced them without hesitation. I now have my other 3 jars.. In today's world its hard to find good people to do business with, that treat you right and like you should be treated. Ill order from these guys again.

After using another company which met with disastrous results i.e. broken equipment, old beyond shelf life substrate jars. As a rookie, it was a learning experience that cost me a few bucks. In regards to this company, I received the Ultimate Kit and things could not be going better (I hope I didn't just jinx myself) I inoculated 3 weeks ago and all the jars are colonizing nicely, I would guess about 70% with the temp vacillating between 79-81 degrees. The grow guide is extremely detailed but if I needed help, the customer service phone number is actually answered by a real person more than willing to help this novice with any issue. Great shipping with everything arriving intact. Great company.
