Everything arrived quickly, in good condition, and was easy to set up. Beginner, just starting out, but everything has worked well so far.

I bought this to send to my sister. She's interested in growing her own. It's what I used to start out with and it worked perfectly so I bought her one as a gift. As long as you follow the easy-to-understand instructions you will grow mushrooms. It's a fascinating hobby. Remember, patience in the most important ingredient. Sometimes they pop right up and sometimes they lollygag awhile and suddenly pop their heads up while you're away at work.

Good after-sales tech help too. I emailed several times with question and they replied quickly.
