As a first time grower, I wasn't sure what to get. Customer support recommended this kit and I'm very happy with it! Great customer service and products! Will definitely be returning

I had to set up my kit in a crawlspace, which in a Wisconsin winter can get pretty darn cold. I read other reviews and others were getting more powerful aquarium heaters than described, 200 watts, which I needed. After a few phone calls to Midwest I verified that they indeed have upgraded the heaters on this kit. I placed my order and hoped they were right, I did in fact receive a 200 watt heater which does a great job at holding the temp steady at exactly 76 degrees in my 40 degree crawlspace. Everything else was as described! The reason I give this review 4 stars is that I had to call back because I was put on hold for 10 minutes before I could talk to someone. You guys need to hire some more employyes!

I wasn't even sure where to begin other than Google. I stumbled across Midwest Grow Kits and their Ultimate kit; I couldn't be happier. It came with everything I needed, jars ready to go and colored/detailed instructions. Setup was easy and I had my jars incubating within 2 hours of water warming.

My grow kit arrived in only a few days, everything that came with the kit is of good quality, and the guides are extremely easy to follow. Overall, it’s a great product for the price and extremely easy to setup and use.

Kit had everything described, was packaged very well, and had great/very complete instructions. The videos in particular were very helpful. I'd buy again (but don't anticipate needing more space).
