From the perlite to the air pump and all the detailed instructions in between; I have had a nearly flawless result! I have nothing but good things to say about Midwest Grow Kits, their shipping was quick and when I had a problem (faulty aquarium heater) it was quickly resolved by them sending me a free replacement. Not only do they sell high quality products their customer service is absolutely awesome! Whenever I emailed a question they were quick to respond. All 12 of my jars colonized within a few weeks and were even growing pins and small fruits before the extra time between full colonization and consolidating the cakes. I also used their bulk casing mix to spawn to bulk in a monotub, purchasing one bag only to realize a couple hours later that I needed two. A quick email was sent asking if they could combine the orders to save on shipping and I received a quick response saying they would be happy to. Great company!

The shipment arrived in Canada much faster than I expected. Upon opening it I could see everything was securely package with just the right amount of bubble wrap. Everything looks like it's great quality and I can't wait to get started.
