I have never grown anything in my life before, nor did I have any previous knowledge until this kit. The kit and the booklet is very informative and absolutely simplifies the process. Naturally I did double check with the internet, and their instructions are pretty much exactly on point if not better than what I read up online. The only con I find is that I know it can be much cheaper to get the supplies yourself, but it's so convenient and easier with these purchasing these kits, especially if it is your first time growing! I highly recommend! No contamination and I followed the books 100%!
