I received my Ultimate kit a few days ago and have just opened it. Everything was carefully and neatly placed inside and it arrived without any damage. The instructions for set up that were included seem pretty straight forward. In the next few days I'll be setting things up and I know that any questions I have will be answered over the phone. So far this has been a smooth ride and I would recommend the company and the kit. I looked into getting all of the stuff and just doing it myself but for the little difference in cost (if any), the kit was the way to go. Not only does it take the hassle out of building it, I now have professional guidance!

I wanted to purchase something that would keep effort and worry to a minimum and this definitely accomplished that. Clear instructions and easy setup is making my first grow a success (so far). It's only been six days but 11 out of 12 jars have been successfully colonized and are incubating, as we speak.
