I ordered a simple grow kit which promptly arrived. Materials were all as promised. I was initially a little worried because the foil on two of the jars was torn, exposing the halls, but there’s a sufficient layer of vermiculite on top to keep the growing medium from getting contaminated. Injected my spores and like magic on the five, I see white mycellium growing. Looks like I was successful with all 6 jars and this is my first grow! Very happy with my purchase as well as the growing guide.

After receiving my simple grow kit in a timely fashion I am Extremely happy to report that All 6 of my jars are coming along nicely and within the projected time frame. I am looking forward to the fruiting stage which I expect to be able to start at day 21 which will be next monday.



Every suggestion about using the oven method and Sterilization techniques discussed in the guide worked out 100% so far and this is MY FIRST TIME!

I am pleased with this kit. It gives you pretty much all the basics that are required in order to produce mushrooms. It’s a nice starting point to see if this is a hobby that you would like to continue doing. It showed up on time I got all of my stuff set up the day it got here. The instructions and grow guides both, digital and paper copy are wonderful, very simple steps to follow. I know for a fact that this kit has jumpstarted a fire in my soul I’m already positive I am going to be expanding my knowledge and my set up!

Everything was present and on time. The bottom jars foil covers were slightly torn but that was to be expected and not that big of a deal. It appeared fresh and since then have been inoculated with fresh spores!
