Price- great prices I looked at a few sites before finalizing my purchase. Low price was a key factor for me



Quality- this is my first kit. So, I was a little skeptical about the quality of the products I’m very pleased



Speed of delivery- The speed getting it wasn’t as fast as I thought at no fault to the company. UPS is a horrible transit company they forgot my package 2 times 2 different drivers come to deliver it and it wasn’t there.



Customer service- out standing!!! There isn’t one question I asked that they didn’t know and if the person I was talking to didn’t know they found out. Extremely personal and helpful for getting the right stuff.



I am extremely pleased with this company. 10/10 will be ordering more in the future.

Came in a timely matter .. everything went well except one of the jars didn’t have a proper hole for the needle but besides that I have no complaints

Pretty simple and basic kit for starters like myself. All you need is a syringe and you're good to go! I just finished inoculating the jars. Hopefully it all turns out.
