I got my ecosphere package within 4-5 days of ordering and got each and every item listen on the item description. No issues. I did however have issues with the heater, but it turned out to just be a contact/grounding issue with the heat bulb. Simply pryed it up with a flat head screw driver and it works just like new. Highly recommend.

Purchased a Substrate Ecosphere Package 2.0 and not having a clue on how to get started this was perfect for a beginner. I did have an issue with the heat bulb and a noisy fan but they where quick to replace them. I'm able to maintain a steady temp and the even as dry as it is the humidity is a constant 95% with out the use of the humidifier system. Will see if that is needed once something is growing.
