My order came quickly and everything looked great. I ended up waiting about a week after they had arrived to inoculate them with spores when I noticed some kind of infection in one of the bags. I sent them pictures and let them know about it and they quickly sent out a replacement for the bad bag plus one more! Super pleased with the quick response and generosity!

I had some questions before I got started, so called in. The lady was very helpful and patient with me. I just mixed the spawn in with casing mix and am already seeing mushrooms! Very happy with my purchase and will continue to buy from this company.
