As an absolute novice and newbie to cultivating ones own edible mushrooms, I found them easy to utilize. So far the bags/ grains I've ordered are at an ideal field capacity and work great. I've ordered several bags and have had only one that appeared hastily prepared. This bag became contaminated and looking closer found a sliver of a tear/hole where the bag was taped around the inoculation port. An anomaly to me as all other orders arrived in perfect shape for use. Also, when you have a legitimate problem they do their best to make it right. It might take a minute but give them a chance to resolve it. These bags are great for beginners and people who aren't able to make their own.
