I've gotten the product twice now, and each time i got good results. I gave a 4 star as opposed to 5 because my first shipment wasn't packed properly and some paperwork was left out. My second shipment was above and beyond in servicing my needs

My second purchase from Midwest. I received 5LB casing mix and 12 BRF Jars. Nice quality for the casing mix but I only got 1 jar and I was missing 11. called customer service they were very friendly and with in minutes sent me out the 12 jars. No hassle at all.
