The first time I ordered from this site everything went perfect! But I came back to order more jars and I also ordered a UV light. The light came broken and the jars had not been sterilized. I inoculated them not realizing this and when it came time to harvest them most of the jars had some kind of worm in them and they were so moist they were falling apart. Out of 24 jars I was able to get a single flush out of 7. Before I realized the jars were messed I had emailed the company about the broken light but they never responded it seems they don't care about their quality or customer service. When unfortunately seems to be a trend with websites selling similar products.

I have placed a few orders in the past and every time my stuff comes super fast and the quality is always fantastic. I will continue to order more substrate jars for sure!

1 of the glass jars was shattered, because i have had good experiences in the past including a full replacement for spawn bags that didn't colonize i decided not to make a big deal about it, although i am sure they would of made it right had i complained. Trustworthy company, i will use again.
