When the jars arrive, before I put my spores into them do I need to sterilize them? Do I have to use the oven or glove box method or can I go straight into injecting them?

I've bought from you guys several times before and, as usual, my order was shipped as fast as I could hope for. My other orders arrived in pristine condition; ripe and ready. I've not had a chance to inoculate these last jars (spore delay), but I have no doubt they will be every thing I could hope for. Because of the weight I get using your grain mix, I only order from you guys every couple of years, and it's really nice to be able to count on a consistently good product despite the time between orders.
