ALWAYS A great experience. I ordered the 12 pack substrate jars. They were shipped within hours of ordering and arrived quickly UPS mishandled the package and 5 jars broke in transit. I contacted Midwestgrowkits and they immediately immediately replaced the broken jars. Even though it was in no way their fault. That's customer service!
