My last order about 4 of the jar lids weren't tight 2 even coming off...this is my 4th time ordering from company and is only time i had an issue...other that i very satisfied customer that will be continue to order from them.

<p>I am really on the cusp about the review. I wanna say 96 percent of the time you have 100 + satisfaction. However this is the second time I asked for the “grain jars” to be added to the order but since there was no item for sale on the site yet I simply said I give you permission to add 2 jars and if anything call me to make the order correct. Well unfortunately I simply got everything else (WHICH IS GREAT AND DOING AMAZING BUT I REALLY WANTED TO GET THE TWO GRAIN JARS FOR A BULK MONOTUB OF MY FAVORITE SPECIES. </p><p>I have ordered from them at least 6 times with great results. I am hoping someone will see this and follow up on why no one called like asked to for the extra grain jars!! </p><p>This company is so good I may get lucky and catch attention and get them sent to me as I am not going to pay shipping on them as that was the point of waiting to put a order together and minimize the shipping. Can someone please reach out to me and maybe resolve this as those two jars were supposed to be the spawn of some really nice king oyster colonies. Thanks if you do respond</p>

I’ve bought these jars twice now and they are fantastic. Sterile clean and ready to go. If your time is worth anything these jars will save you money.

I ordered the substrate jars because it's my first time growing and I was unsure about making my own jars. I am very pleased. I lost a few jars to contamination (assuming this is on me as it was my first time inoculating), but I also have eight jars growing great looking mycelium right now! These jars are a good way to get started when you are new to this.
