I have used Mid West for a few years off and on. Everything I have ordered so far has proven to be outstanding. List includes, substrate, grain jars, live culture starter, and disposable knives. I will return whenever I need products. Highly recommend.

I've had great success using these grain jars. As a beginner, I've tried several methods and have found using these is the easiest and best yeilds.

Very consistent- they work perfectly for me. Here and there on will be contaminated, but the are great about replacing contaminated products.
