Wow, I inoculated all three jars with 3-4 cc's of spore syringe and kept at 83-85 degrees F. It is now day 13 and jars are 80% colonized! These will surely be fully colonized by day 18/19. Great way to keep a sterile environment with the self healing port for injection. Like other reviewers stated, hard to shake once they get going with mycelium, but other than that... AWESOME product, highly recommend.

So I had no contamination after using the "Oven Door" Inoculation method. Unfortunately I dropped one jar on my tile floor, and shattered the glass. My first Bulk grow attempt was a success as I used one jar per shoebox, along with the horse manure casing mix, and the other with the black cow manure mix. Unfortunately again (this is how my life works) I lost the shoebox with the black cow manure to triche. I say all this to say if it weren't for MY errors, I would have had 3 successful shoe boxes instead of only 1 and I did get about a half of a flush from the black cow before it was completely contaminated. I wish I knew where I went wrong with the cow shoebox, but the horse manure box did amazing. And this is the BEST Spawn IMO. I've tried spawn bags to end up with rancid smelling slime, but every Jar I have purchased through MIdwest, either BRF or these 5 quick colonizing grain, I had great growth every time!
