Had one lid popped off during shipping and Midwest had another shipped out right away. Anytime there's an issue with an order which is usually most likely due to shipping,, Midwest makes it right with absolutely no hassle-- like its supposed to be! Other than that, these jars are GREAT for someone like me who messed up their pressure cooker by not waiting for it to cool before opening...and only do a couple runs a year. These jars are ready to go and colonize FAST. Thank you for all your good work!!!
