Its nice to have a device you can double check the temperature and humidity to compare readings. Have not used the trend feature yet. when I do it will be useful for readings when you're not around.

This thing is really pretty slick and handy. I do not recommend dropping it in the water by accident. It dies still seem to work ok now that it has dried out. I did buy another one after I thought I ruined this one!
