  • Had an issue with contamination once
The jar is always come fresh. I had one issue once with a couple contaminated jars and the company replaced them. No problem. Never had any other issues. We'll continue buying this product.

Arrived quickly and perfectly packaged. Jars were secured and insulated. Product is sterile and viable. No contams on all three. Colonization for me began 3 `days after inoculation. Expect your solution - culture syringe or spore syringe - to sink through the substrate a bit due to the looser, less absorbent nature of the grain. I have a nice pattern of mycelial growth down the face of the jar. But all three have collected and begun growing round the deepest part of the bottoms of the jars. Great product for a great price. Would definitely recommend. 32 ounces is a big jar too. =)
