Last year I purchased jars and bags and nothing germinate with spores from premium spores. $100 wasted. Switched to Mushrooms.com and 100% germination. Please stop recommending premium spores it makes your product underperforme its potential.

This has Ben my second time ordering the 3 pack jars and once again they have proved them self to me again with zero contamination. Will definitely be sticking with this company. Delivery was faster than the given date. I will definitely be back for a 3rd time. Thank you Midwest growkits

I ordered this product around 2 weeks or so ago not quite 2 weeks but close. When I ordered the product it gave me multiple shipping options I chose UPS because it said that it could possibly be shorter than standard ground. That was a huge mistake that I will never make again the reason why is because because of UPS I sent multiple emails to Midwest grows customer service thinking that it was on their part that I wasn't getting a date of when my item would be delivered unbeknownst to Midwest grows UPS was not updating my delivery date so the whole time except for less than 18 hours before I received my product it was being said when I would check when it would be delivered that your delivery date has been delayed you'll have one as soon as possible I kept telling that to customer service but the customer service was lacking because they continue to tell me the same thing which was you can check the UPS and it will give you a date I told him that multiple times but they continue to tell me the tracking number like they did not understand. However I ended up feeling like a piece of crap in the end because I checked my delivery date after one of the last emails I sent and the reply to one of the last emails I sent was that it says that your item will be delivered today and then I immediately checked it again after checking it 2 hours prior and it did say that it said yep it will be delivered today and I replied back to that email and I said well it just changed to that I didn't know that. I received the first order and that was the only order that I actually even paid for.

And the next day I received another package and I was a little bit confused because yes I did have other packages that were supposed to be delivered but not on that day but when I checked what was in the package it was a second order of the exact same product that I have been waiting on and that is the reason why I felt like crap in the end period because of my inconvenience they obviously sent me out a second box but they did not tell me. I guess they wanted it to be a surprise but like I said in the emails I sent them after the fact I told them I was sorry, but you know if you all had told me that you are doing that

I never would have continued to send emails out about how bad the customer service was, but anyway.

I was extremely impressed at how the jars came, they came in a box that had a thick sheet of big bubble wrap in it and the three jars were placed in another sealed bag of little bubble wrap and inside of that bag that you had to open there was a thin sheet of foam and the jar was in the middle so the jar was extremely packaged up carefully and safely so you can rest assured that your item will arrive to you in the shape that it left their shipping building. The product so hands down they have excellent product at least the three jars which was premium 5 grain jars that I ordered. I will 100% order from these guys again. I will say this also if you are a novice AKA and amateur don't be ashamed of that because every single person that is in mycology was once in their life and amateur or novice so I give you this advice do not try to impress people by acting like you have time in doing this AKA mycology because in the end you hurt yourself now that is not what I did I'm just a stubborn person who wants to do everything myself I spent about 4 months trying to make my own grain and I also try to use 90 second Uncle Ben's bags which I would not advise anybody at all professional or amateur to use that crap as I have spent ridiculous amount of amounts of money on trying to have success out of them bags and I have lost no exaggeration probably about $300 just on 9o second uncle Ben's bags are generic brands. I would give you this advice either order an all-in-one grow bag for your first several grows are order from Midwest grows because they definitely have some of the best prices if I were you I would order the exact same product that I did which like I've already mentioned or the three five grain premium jars. The jars that the grain comes in are very thick jars have very nice injection ports and have a very nice micron filter on top the grain in the jars came fresh as you can get I am highly highly impressed by this company's quality. How is my grow going in these jars since I've inoculated? How do you say excellent? FU##$G EXCEPTIONALLY EXCELLENT!

I highly rate this company. I will be ordering from them again most definitely however I will give y'all a little bit of advice and that is do not order UPS do not order nothing but USPS. I will never order choosing UPS again.
