I've purchased from other sites in the past this is the best and most reliable one. These jars hardly ever fail. Perfect moisture content. The definitely have it down to a science.

I’ve been using these jars for years, they always colonize super fast and give great yields once they’re into the Midwest substrate too. I use 1 32oz jar with a 5lb bag of substrate in a 15qt shoebox style unmodified monotub. I have experimented with 2:1 as suggested by Midwest but find that the current setup is sufficient and saves me an extra jar.



I see growth from liquid culture in about 3 days, then usually 1-2 days later it’s shaken, and about a week after that they’re usually good to go.
