I received two mystery boxes for Christmas. We gave the hen of thr woods to my father and I kept thr pearl oyster. Our family is amazed how quickly our box began to grow. Each day there was something new for my kids to look forward to see. This morning we harvested and cooked them much like we do wild morels. They were very delicious and the whole family loved them. I would highly recommend the pearl oyster variety. The hen of the woods appears to take much longer to fruit but we are anxiously awaiting to try them

   

I’ve already got mushrooms on the way after caring for my grow kit for 3 day. Superb product!
