I ordered a couple of these jars and knocked them up, three weeks later they're fully colonized. I'm an amateur in mycology and these jars make me feel like a pro. It's a no-brainer, easy to use, ready to go, and if you have any hiccups customer service is always very helpful and responsive. Loving all their products, thanks Midwest.

I bought it in January, didn't inject my LC till 2/29 and today 3/10 it is 95% colonized. I am impressed I figured I'd have to wait a lot longer. I'll definitely be purchasing more in the very near future 😀

 

Seems to be a good nutritional choice. Took more than two weeks to respond to spore injection but since it started, looks to be colonizing well

Quality piece of kit here. Love the self-healing port and the tapered shape. Quick colonization too. Midwest always ships fast and secure. Good stuff!

I've gotten a few things from Midwest. No complaints whatsoever. The 5 grain Jar is great. I innoculated 3 of my own Rye Berry jars and 1 MidWest 5-Grain jar with blue oyster LC. Day 4 now and they all show growth. I will post another review on the outcome but I already know that it was sterile and it is effortless to buy pre sterilized grain over making it yourself cause they deliver it within days of order.
