GT and ksss grow

Pros:
  • Easy
Cons:
  • Grow size
GT are growing however they are not that big maybe due to too much water or too much verm and slightly colder than room temp mycelium growth. No fruiting or pinning in my ksss bag. Suppose to be an easy strain. Maybe same problems as stated before. Mycelium is healthy and not moldy. Could I have added to much verm? Any help would be appreciated. Great easy method although a monotub might be more successful. Moving the bags is a problem for disturbing the process I think and maybe not enough space. I think I added too much verm and water but idk why there is no spawning. I broke up the mycelium in both and the GT reformed 3 big chunks added about 2 inches of verm in both.

I'm pretty sure it would have been nice

If you know what you're doing, I would suggest this kit, but not if you're new at this unless you have a house that's at 75 degrees! Once the support team talked me through the set up and process I did pretty well, so please with the outcome. I will be buying a larger kit next time though.

Is it too simple?? LOL

My last order of 12 of the 30oz jars was about 3 weeks ago and one of them colonized super fast. I saw this new kit pop up and decided to order it and give it a shot with that one jar. Its been 7 days now and its kinda funny, I did what the instructions said and just broke up the grain and mixed it all up in the bag and its almost 100% done! I am impressed on how well its working for such a simple idea. It comes with the holes nicely cut it the perfect spot and you just slap the filter disks on and you are off! I have no doubt this will produce some serious mushies. Its the perfect size for a shelf so I could see myself switching over to this down the road. We'll see how it goes! Do you guys sell the bags separate??
