I use one or two droppers in the morning and my mood is excellent, I can focus all day, I have lots of energy and I wake up refreshed. I'd say this tincture is a game changer. Bought extras to give to my adults sons.

Was really surprised this was a 5 mushroom blend! I was looking all over for this type of product but all I have seen are 3 mushrooms and none included Turkey tail. This exract is great for adding to dishes and my husband is typically super picky and he actually enjoyed it.
