Sorry this has nothing to do with the dry kit. Let me tell u something about the mega kit. I strive on knowing the most info before I start a task. The kit is fool proof! You follow the directions that come with it and bam! Its damn near idiot proof!

After air drying 12hours in front of fan mushrooms go into the drying kit they are already dry and brittle , and crunchy kit working great so here's the time line of my mushroom growing adventure may 9th four five grain jars innoculated June 9th all 4 jars fully colonized then I mixed them with 5. Pound bag casing mix 15 days later June 24th my 27quart monotub full of mature shrooms harvested them on the 24th. Wow

The drying kit seemed like a good idea, and it would've been, except I didn't know you need to let the mushrooms sit out for a little before using the drying kit. They need better instructions for it.

The drying kit is really nice and convenient. It wouldn't hold all the mushrooms I produced though. I wish there was a bigger drying kit

The drying kit works so fast! The directions were easy to follow. I will always use a drying kit in the future
