When I recieved my original order.. the second humidifier I purchased was not sent. It was an easy mistake as I purchased a kit that had come with one and an extra. I contacted them and they quickly shipped it out!

This hydration system is useful to achieve hands-off tub colonization and fruiting. No fanning, no misting and that means no contamination risk.

Seriously everything I have gotten from mid-west has been to perfection. The minor hiccups I've had due to shipping and damaged goods they helped square it away with no issue at all. This is a perfect little invention, its litterly a set and forget. If your like me working 10 hrs a day 6 days a week, this will be there for you when you cant physically be there yourself.
