I did receive the order and it came in great condition. However, I placed a previous order for 2 bulk casing kits (Order:227100). I received both in one box and some material was missing. I only received two of the 10 Pounds premixed and pasteurized Casing mix instead of 4 (on the site, it states that there are two per kit). Please let me know when I will receive the other two.

The substrate arrived 3 days after ordering, via USPS, in good shape. I inoculated from my homemade spore prints 4 days after the substrate arrived. There is vigorous growth of the desired mycelium throughout all 12 of the jars and no contamination observed 5 days after inoculating. I'm very satisfied with this product, it is very reasonably priced too.

Received my jars with 3 broken despite being bubble wrapped and foam. WTF?? Fedex clearly doesnt care. Box was dented also. I see the driver throw boxes over the fence. Now what???? Wait a week for my claim to be processed. Midwest did ship me new ones right away but still pisses me off!

I think it arrived a week ago and was left at a secure place not visible from the street. It was 12 substrate jars. I've used them before from Midwest. I opened the box and they looked fine. I've resealed the box and won't innoculate until Sept. 1.
