I had some technical issues during checkout, which was honestly my fault for splitting my payments among 3 different cards. I called customer service and had everything sorted out in less than 5 minutes, which was awesome! The HEPA filter that I ordered arrived in a timely manner and worked great with my DIY flow hood. All agar plates look clean and I couldn't be happier. In hindsight, it could have been easier to just buy the whole flow hood from Midwest! If I didn't own the tools and wasn't comfortable running saws, I would have just purchased the flow hood from Midwest for slightly more than the cost of materials! Thanks Midwest, I will be back 😁
