I am a returning customer. Their product is as advertised and works great if you follow certain easy steps. Sure beats buying the rye, soaking it for hours and hours, draining it, filling Mason jars or bags that don't melt and remained sealed for 2.5 hours of high pressure sterilization, creating an injected port and filtered air exchange etc. You won't be disappointed with the outcome!
