So far so good

I wasn't able to use my spawn bags until a few months after I got them. I was not aware that they have a shelf life. After I realized they weren't doing anything, I called in and they told me this. I had already wasted the spores, so lost money there. However, they were nice enough to send me replacement bags so I could try again.

The spawn bags came packaged neatly and securely. I'm pretty new to this, so not sure what will happen, but they've been very helpful in explaining the process to me. A+ in customer service

I was impressed with the fast shipping! The rye bags take kind of a long time to colonize, but once they're ready to fruit, they really take off! Very happy with how it's turned out!

Excellent service. Easy ordering, arrived quickly, quality affordable product. The only thing that could make it better is if they came to my house and inoculated the bags for my lazy ass. Just kidding 5 stars indeed.
